6 Star Service Program
At InShape Health Club Eastgardens, we've designed our 6 Star Service Program to service your needs even better. When you first begin your membership, your own exercise specialist will take you through a goal session to make you feel comfortable and assess what it is that you want to achieve, by when and why. Then your trainer will take you through a supervised workout where they'll show you how to do your exercises safely and comfortably in the club. Your third appointment is for nutrition advice and you'll discuss your eating habits and be given a couple of tips to ensure your nutrition is in line with your health and fitness goals. Lastly we monitor your progress in 4-5 weeks after starting which involves an evaluation of what your goals were, keeping you on the right track, looking at areas of improvement and giving you a couple of fresh new exercises for variety.

Fitness Workout
InShape Health Club is the perfect setting to give your heart a regular work out with state of the art equipment. You will enjoy working up a sweat on a variety of equipment including rowing machines, treadmills, recumbent bikes, cross trainers and upright bikes. There are over 50 pieces in total so there is no queue for the equipment and no time limits either! BODY BALANCE A dynamic class combining the best of eastern disciplines, like yoga and tai chi, with popular new methods such as Pilates

TAI CHI - Slow and gentle graceful movements that work on strength, balance and circulation benefiting for both the mind and body. Beginners to advanced, all ages.

BOXING Beginner to Advanced. A medium to High intensity boxing workout using boxing equipment.

CYCLING - Beginners to Advanced. A cardiovascular workout using a stationary bike. Great for fat burning.

BODY COMBAT combines moves and stances from a range of self-defense disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo into an hour-long energetic routine.

6 PACK EXPRESS is a 30 min class focusing on your abdominal muscles and strengthening your core.
