Mick & Colleen's Gym & Fitness Centre Armidale is a family owned and operated club. We have put the Personal back into Personal Training and everything else that we do in the centre. Mick and Colleen or one of our friendly staff are always on hand to offer advice and assistance with your training.

Mick & Colleen's Fitness Centre in Armidale offers several different gym membership options. We have the latest cardio fitness and resistance training equipment from Life Fitness. Enjoy the view from the gym looking out over Armidale and the local parks and gardens whilst training. We are located on the top floor of the Wicklow Hotel in the centre of town.

One on One or group personal training sessions are our speciality and we cater for all your fitness needs including, weight loss, rehabilitation, toning and firming, sports conditioning and special needs.

Mick and Colleen's Gym offers classes to cater to everyone from beginners who want to exercise at a lower level of instensity, or for the person who like to sweat it out for an intense workout.

At Mick and Colleen's Fitness Centre Armidale we also offer both Indoor and Outdoor Bootcamps and in the summer Aqua Bootcamp, which are all designed for all levels of fitness. Other services include Bodybuilding, Figure Model and Sports model preparation for Competing.
