We've got the kids covered with a massive range of classes & activities for kids. This includes our FREE Child Minding & kids activities as well as Junior Gym memberships, Fitness Clsses, Dance lessons & Martial Arts. Our aim is to get kids active & put the fun into exercise.
Older Adults
Plus Fitness offers arrange of low impact classes for seniors. These classes are designed to introduce all the benefits of regular exercise to the people who need it the most.
Personal Training
Personal Training is an important part of our exercise planning. Up to 80% of people drop out in the first 8 weeks. Personal Training will stop this. We recommend Personal training to all new members for the first 10 weeks to help form the habit of exercise & achieve fast results.
Boot Camp
